Contract Administration
of building works throughout construction
- Lodgement of necessary applications and forms for various approvals – building, plumbing, and drainage, fire and rescue (ex outlaysand fees)
- Preparation and issue of tender documents (plans and specifications) to contractors
- Consultation with all contractors throughout tender period for clarification of tendering issues
- Collections and review of tenders – analysis, recommendation of tenders received notification and engagement of successful contractors
- Construction progress reviews, progress claim assessment, variation analysis and recommendation
- Defects inspection at end of project prior to practical completion and building hand over
